The Structural Accountability website includes an AI assistant labeled ASK SA. This assistant provides general informational guidance about advisory services, research, educational resources, publications, and site navigation. It does not provide individualized tax, legal, financial, investment, or professional advice.

Data Collection. When you use the ASK SA assistant, conversation messages are processed by the AI to generate responses. If you choose to submit an inquiry through the contact step, the assistant collects your name, email address, a brief inquiry, your selected inquiry category, and a concise summary of the preceding conversation. The assistant does not ask for and you should not enter Social Security numbers, financial account information, tax documents, passwords, or other sensitive personal information.

Storage and Review. Submitted inquiries are stored in a secure database accessible only to Structural Accountability administrators. Conversation summaries and contact details may be reviewed by authorized personnel to respond to your inquiry and improve the assistant's accuracy. Full conversation transcripts are not retained indefinitely beyond what is necessary for the inquiry workflow.

Use of Contact Information. Your name, email, and inquiry are used solely to follow up regarding your stated interest. They are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Consent. The contact step requires explicit consent before submission. You may use the assistant anonymously for general informational questions without providing any contact information.

Deletion Requests. You may request deletion of your stored inquiry and contact information at any time by contacting info@structuralaccountability.org.
